Service Description

This class is perfect if you love meditation, but sitting in stillness is just not for you. Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. In this Hatha yoga class, Shauna will guide you through a series of gentle and slow-paced movements to improve flexibility, build core strength, and balance. The class will also incorporate breathing exercises to calm the busy mind and promote relaxation. Suitable for all levels, this class aims to create a harmonious balance between the body and mind, leaving participants feeling rejuvenated and centered.
