Service Description

In our guided meditation and movement classes participants will learn powerful mindfulness strategies to help cope with the busy mind, anxiety, and depression, and improve overall mental wellness. The class will begin with gentle movements and exercises, designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and enhance body-mind connection. Participants will then be guided through a visualization meditation, cultivating present-moment awareness. Throughout the class, mindfulness techniques will be incorporated to help participants observe and manage their thoughts and emotions. This class is suitable for all levels and aims to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to nurture their mental well-being.
