Service Description

A low and slow deep stretch of Holding the poses longer, between 3-7 minutes, allowing for the practice of stillness while also mindfully finding the edge of the sensation in the pose. A quiet, moving meditation type of class is suitable for all levels and all bodies. Think blankets, tea and socks! Time on your mat is always yours and moving in a way that feels best for you is encouraged.
