Cancelling a treatment: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancelling a class: We require 5 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your class.

Cancellations are not accepted via text message or voicemail. 

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time are subject to 50% of the appointment fee for the first missed or late-cancelled appointment, and subject to the full 100% fee for subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations. The same policy applies to classes. No-show appointments and/or classes will be subject to the full 100% fee of the appointment and/or class.
