Naturopathic Medicine

Our Registered Massage Therapists offer both traditional Swedish massage and Deep Tissue massage therapy. Massage can help reduce tension and pain, increase range of motion and improve circulation.
Prenatal Massage is beneficial throughout the entire nine months of pregnancy, however, if you are having a high-risk pregnancy it is best to discuss your condition with your midwife or physician before seeking treatment.

Massage has also been proven to help with anxiety and depression, lowering aggressive tendencies, improve posture, helping with body awareness and decreasing overall stress and tension. Fascial Stretch Therapy
The fascia is the connective tissue surrounding all the tissues in the body. If you have found yourself stretching but never getting more range, it could be your fascia needs to be released. This treatment increases motion and decreases pain and chronic stiffness. It is also a great way to help build strength! You need to full length of a muscle to increase the force output - which means you need mobility! This treatment is in combination with massage - billable through your insurance with receipt.
TMJ treatment aims to alleviate the symptoms and improve the function of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and the surrounding muscles. The specific treatment approach will depend on the severity of the TMJ disorder and the underlying cause. Intro-oral work (inside the mouth) treatment will be used with prior consent to treatment.

Play-Based Healing for Children: These sessions are for children ages 2-12 and are especially supportive for children who are struggling with school, transitions, self-esteem or learning challenges. These sessions are also for children navigating difficult life transitions like divorce, illness or death in the family, having a new child in the family (or sibling challenges), moving or if your child is experiencing anxiety, grief, loneliness or depression. Your child will benefit from play-based healing if they are having friendship challenges, are experiencing bullying or are experiencing low self-esteem, confidence challenges or are having difficulty making or keeping friends.
